Consent-Educating Drag Queen
Since 2021, Unita has engaged thousands of learners in conversations about consent and inclusion in classrooms and webinars, at community events, libraries, and post-secondary campuses. With sequins, laughter, and real talk, she draws on years of experience in community and campus-based sexual violence prevention and EDI work to make serious topics a little more approachable.
Her goal is to make sure students know what healthier relationships look like, how to find support if they need it, and learn ways they can contribute towards building a culture of consent.
